hi, how can I transform a guitar score on one stave into a piano score with two staves

There are several ways to go about this. Here's one:

First step would be to change the instrument to piano - right click a staff, Staff Properties, Change Instrument, Piano. Then try right clicking the staff and choosing Split Staff to add s second staff and have notes moved there automatically. There is no way MuseScore can possibly know exactly which notes to move, so you will have to do a fair amount of cleanup, but this should get your started.
