Cleff collides with accidentals (mscore beta) (regression from 0.9.5)

My System:
ubuntu 10.04
muse score 0.9.6 beta

The problem:
When a note has accidentals and a clef change before it, the new clef collides.

To reproduce:
1. Create a new score.
2. Create a note.
3. After that note, create another three note chord, and add accidentals to every note.
4. Add a clef sign just before the chord

Expected behavior: the clef repositions itself to the space to the left of the accidentals
Actual behavior: the clef is written on top of (collides with) the accidentals.

Workaround: Set the clef invisible and add another clef using a symbol.

Attached is an example of this.
