Add G clef with optional vb8 to the available clefs

This clef exists in SMuFL and is part of Bravura:
gClef8vbParens.png
And it can be found in score, particular for vocals, where it isn't clear whether sung by male or female singers.

As That glyph is currently missing in Emmentaler and Gonville, in this PR they got faked...

fixed in master github.musescore-musescore-5c5683d
and 2.0.2, github.musescore-musescore-8041a5f

Although the clef is still missing in Emmentaler and Gonville. In these fonts instead a normal G-clef is used
