page layout - names and numbers

hello

Would like to have the instrument name on top of page ..2 . 3.. etc.

And also the possibility to have the page number stated as: page 1 of 3 , page 2 of 3 etc.
It could also be be page 1/3, page 2/3.. etc.

(I know I can make my own text)
