[1.0] Tempo text position not saved for part > 1

MuseScore 0.9.6

1. Create a score with two parts, for example piano and tenor
2. Add a couple of note in the second part
3. Add a tempo text to one of these notes (in the second part)
4. Save and reload

Actual result:
The tempo text is moved at the top of the first part. If you move it you'll see two tempo text
Expected result : The score should be the same after reload.
