Hello! Is it currently possible to make a gliss that a) attaches one end to a rest (for scoops before notes and falls) and b) goes over rests? (For instance Bb [quarter rest] D, with a gliss from Bb to D) I was copying some music and came across these, but was unable to figure out how to notate them.
