Suggest score jump to current position when record MIDI in Note Input Mode, like playback

using 0.9.6

Entering MIDI notes using MIDI keyboard.
Sometimes after enter note, notes are on next line(system) which is invisible on the page, or on next page.

Suggest move page or jump to next page, then user can see them and don't need to drag page.

Playback can move or jump page when current position changes, this case is similar to playback, we can judge this after entering a chord.
