Transposing for Concert Band?

I am writing a piece for my high school's concert band and I am wondering if there is a MuseScore feature to transpose each instrument's key signature. I am using the pre-made concert band template (the full conductor's score). However, all of the staves have the same key signature. Is there a way to adjust this to accomodate the difference in Bflat clarinets, Eflat saxes, etc?
