Courtesy clef remains

You need at least to staves in F clef.
- Put a new G clef into one staff in the middle.
- Put another G clef in a previous staff. The courtesy clef in the staff below doesn't dissapear.
The problem also seems to happen with other clefs

The behaviour was changed intentionally. The old automatic behaviour created too many corner cases.
I implemented a fix in the branch. Hope I will not end up in of the corner cases.
