[1.0] Fix to end-start-repeat bar line width (w/ patch)

Issue: After the END-START-REPEAT bar line less empty space is left than for the START-REPEAT bar line, resulting in clutter with the following note or accidental (bug was reported for trunk in //musescore.org/en/node/7709 ).
Patch: The attached patch changes 1 line in barline.cpp to make the trailing empty space consistent.
