see bar 4 of the attached score: the lyric has been inserted and then with F2 was added the synaloepha;
Edit/Tools...>Copy Lyrics to clipboard;

This particular symbol comes from the music text font, probably mscoreText in this case so we can't really export it to text.
A way would be to make a adhoc fix for this character and replace it by a unicode equivalent. Of course it would not solve the problem for the other thousands characters that can be inserted via the F2 palette.
Another way would be to prefer non SMuFL characters but Unicode ones in the F2 palette. Unfortunately we know it's not really possible for note duration symbols...
