Edit Text Style> lyric style offset has no effect

1 New score with voice.
2. add random notes
3. Add lyrics.
4. Go to: Edit text style> Lyrics (either)
5. change offset.
6. Apply/Okay
Expected result: position of lyrics will change.
Present result: No change in position.

Same here. (Win XP, 0.9.6.3 R3507)
The text style stays the same, no matter what setting or what text type you change.
Exception: the Text style of chords is changed, if the document is closed and reopened.
