[Translation] "Save online" and "Close tab" don't appear to be translated

The save online menu is coming from a plugin. We don't have a system in place to translate plugins yet, but in will be put in place in the coming months.
The "Close Tab" string is from Qt and apparently they forget to make it translatable...
