I have downloaded the plugin to the suggested directory, ticked the box next to it and allocated a shortcut key. Nothing happens when I type the key. I have tried the helloqml plugin with the same shortcut and it runs.
Sorry, that was so long ago that I have forgotten. I couldn't get things working for my friend, so he switched to using Capella - It's a paid program but works fine on Linux under Wine.

Is the plugin not working, or is it 'just' the shortcut that won't bring it up? If the latter, there might be a conflicting shortcut, check https://musescore.org/en/handbook/preferences#shortcuts
