Trills Hang over after trill that is tied over barline

I have had a problem with trills. The note a trill is based on hangs on well after it is supposed to cut off. This has happened on multiple scores. The only time this problem happens is when the trill is tied over a barline.
I am on a Windows 8 Computer, running MuseScore 2.01.
