suggestion - notifications for score updates

Hi,

It would be nice to somehow get notifications (to followers/followed people) for public score updates (ie, when one replaces a given score with another), as another notification option or options (ie: notify me when people I follow update one score/when I update one score and wish followers to be notified).

I imagine this would result in much more notification traffic, but this way one can avoid reviewing many scores marked WIP or in progress looking for updates. One already can always "update" (or submit new) non publicy-visible scores via the "Private" checkbox.
