Saving as PDF

Hi I was wondering if anybody can help me. When I save a score as a PDF in A3 size it cuts off half of the page/score. It even does this in the preview box before I click save. Is there a reason for this? I'm using a Mac by the way. I desperately need to export as A3 Landscape PDF and it doesn't seem to be possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you tell us the values you have in your Page Settings dialog box - page size, margins et.

What do you mean by "cut off half the score"? Which part of the score is missing?

Hi many thanks for replying. It's literally like the right hand side (about 2 1/2 bars) of the whole score is cut off completely. As if it is only saving the equivalent of A4 size even though I had changed the page layout to A3 and it looks fine in Musescore before converting to PDF. I haven't changed the page settings- they changed automatically when I selected A3, So I presume these are default?
