Shakuhachi Notation, Fingering

Display the shakuhachi ("尺八" Japanese longitudinal bamboo flute) notes ("都山" Tozan or "琴古" Kinko school style), note names (C,D,E...),(ドレミ...) and fingerings below the notes on the staff.
It can also be displayed in a note or measure units.
The size, position and color can be adjusted.
The font files for display are in ShakuhachiPluginFonts_v2v3.zip.
