Steps to reproduce bug
1. Add a stem note (half note or less) to the upper part of the staff
2. Add a note of the same duration directly below the note you added in step one

Expected behavior: Notes should be joined by a common stem

Actual behavior: Upper note loses its stem

MuseScore version: r. 2569 nightly
