Cannot open the Format.Layout.. PopUp Window

When I click on Layout in the Format menu, the Layout Popup window does not appear. IT is invisible, although Musescore i waiting for input. I can only cancel be cliking on Return og Esc.
So why is the Layout windows invisible to me.
I use the latest version, have just uninstalled, and (re)installed MuseScore.

I found out. The Layout Popup was moved out to the lower right corner om the Windows desktop. I moved it back to visibility with the Windows menu (Alt + Space).
