Musescore4 keys setting malfunction.
One of my students:
"When I import a musescore file in another key than C/am ex. Eb/cm, musescore4 sets the key as C/am as a default, and musescore will not let me change the key when i open the main palette and try to set a new key for the score.
I have the latest update, and I tried to uninstall and reinstall"

Does this happen to all Musescore files your student opens? And does this occur to both non-transposing and transposing instruments?
You could try to open the same Musescore files on a different computer to see if the same problems occur in another installation of Musescore as well.
The next version of Musescore, 4.2, will soon be released, and it includes some key signature related bug fixes that might solve the issues your student is facing.
