It´s not possible to play the score
Hello,
I have written a score and now I want to play it, but it doesn´t work.
I´ve also tried it with another score and it didn´t work too. Does anybody know a reason (or some reasons)? Or has anybody an advice? In the attachment I`ve sent you a photo with the second (downloaded) score. I´m using the beta-version of MuseScore 2.0.
I hope for an answer soon and I´m already saying Thanks now.

It's playing fine here on my Windows 8.1 pro desktop PC.
Can you post a screen shot of the I/O tabe of your Preferences dialogue please?
Having just checked your screenshot I see your Playback controls are greyed out, so you have a sound issue.

Now I have started my computer new and it doesn´t work.
But the playback symbols aren´t greyed out any more.
But where can I find the I/O tabe of my preferences dialogue? And where can I find the preferences dialogue?

All that looks in order.
Have you tried checking the Reset to Factory Defaults button in Preferences, clicking OK and then restarting MuseScore 2 Beta?
