Put a bar up to the line above.
This (attached) is four systems long and I'd like two bars on each system. Somehow line two has one bar and line four three bars. How do I get all the bars from line three to shift up a bit, if you know what I mean. Can you do a 'reverse' line break?

Just delete the line break(s) and re-enter where you want them.
For a longer piece you'd use the "Break Every X Measures" Plugin. Right-click on a Line Break, Select All Similar Elements and press [Del]. Then click on the second measure (since you have a pick-up in the first measure) and press [Ctrl][Shift][End] then run the Plugin and choose to break every 2 measures.

Set number and Measures
Thank you, I deleted the line break and that was fine. I'd already tried the setting the number of bars per system but it didn't work.
