Fliping accents, stacattos and such

• Sep 9, 2011 - 09:55

Hello!
I have realised that it is impossible to flip an accent (>) or stacatto/dot (·) by just pressing "X" (among other signs such as trills and mordents).

I know it can be done manually, but it is very difficult to maintain the same distance between note and sign along the score (unless you work with a ruler over the screen!).

So, could somebody make fliping those signs by pressing "X" possible? Thank you.

PS 1: Since pressing "X" DOES work for fermatas, I think it would be something easy to implement, like doing copy-paste (sorry if that is not the case).

PS 2: I know this is something that people who write simple one voice music simply do not care, but if you write complex piano music with several voices per staff, that is the only way to avoid clashes.

By the way, thank you very much for the program, it's like Lilypond but 100 times easier and 1000 times friendlier!
