Rolling playback?

Hi guys,

came back to Musescore as I am currently writing some music for myself and I am sorely missing a nice feature that I saw in some paid programs:

Rolling playback (if that is the correct name) - basically you hold down the mouse and move through the staves, while all the notes (also in multiple voices) currently under the cursor are played. This way you can quickly check your harmonies without playing the song itself... This is tremendously useful for multi-voiced/instrumented songs and saves a lot of time.

Would such a feature be possible to implement in Musescore?
