Variuos preview facilities in Apple OS

Apple operating system provides from a long time the characteristics that help the fluidity for the recognition documents without necessarily open them.
I do not know if it has already been suggested by others, but I would suggest to implement the ability of having:
1) the document icon showing a preview;
2) a preview of the content by pressing the space bar;
3) the possibility of opening a recent document through context menu on th icon in the doc bar below.
