Inserting a time signature from the palette overrides a set anacrusis

Currently if you have set an anacrusis (pickup bar) in the Create Score dialogue, dragging a new time signature to the beginning of the score overwrites it.

Personally I think that dragging a new time signature should not affect pickup bars, particularly as you currently cannot assign Common or Cut (Alla Breve) time signatures in the Create Score dialogue - maybe this should be rectified too?

If noone objects I shall open an issue.
