Cross Staff Selected Group

At present if you are using cross staff beaming you cannot select a group of notes and then hit CTRL+SHIFT+B to shift them to the next staff. Nothing happens, and you are forced to move the notes one at a time.

Cross staff beaming is used quite extensively in organ music, alto and tenor voices meandering between top and bottom staves as needed.

This behaviour is apparent in versions 1.1, 1.2 and the Trunk

It would be very helpful to implement CTRL+SHIFT+B to action a selected group as well as single notes.
