Triplet, ties, copy crashes

I have a piece where, in 4/4, I have eighth-note triplets, tied between beats and across bars, 4 bars, repeated in the piano part and with the LH mirrored in the bass.

I first set out the triplets as rests.

Enter the 1st part.

Copy and move further down in the piano part.

Spurious copy, changed values including dotted eighths and 16ths ((not part of my written work).

Crash.

Also, when copying from piano LH to bass.

Multi crashes..
