New Release of Mxml2abc

Hi,

I have just released version 1.6 of my MusicXML to ABC converter. It lives here: http://code.google.com/p/mxml2abc/

Changes in this version include:

Fix SATB-style tenor clef octave - Issue #14
Use 1st line of if no other title given - Issue #16
Fix anacrusis rests in some cases - part of Issue 18
Fix bad characters in Harmony/Chord names - Issue 19
Add support for minor/augmented/diminished/6th/7th/9th chords

Converting lead sheets from Wikifonia now works quite well and produces playable versions with harmony via abc2midi...
