Transposing does not work correctly

Transposing does not work correctly. It makes enharmonic mistakes.

For example when you have A minor and you have melody a - g# - a. If you transpose whole score -1 down with 'Transpose key signatures' and 'Transpose chord names result is g# - g - g# even if it have to be g# - f## - g#. When you transpose up or down all notes have to change its location not only key signature.
