Frederick Rzewski of 32 variations on a columbian folk song fame often writes short formal bipartite pieces he calls nanosonatas so I decided to try writing some Scarlatti inspired but wholly harmonically 21st centuiry music in one day I got them written and notated along with my Violin solo piece called Fugato. If inly every day was a weekend! these are my first harsichord ,clavichord pieces. They sound better on piano cuz I can make each voice singular so I will have tro copy these onto piano score so u guys can really see what they sound like. Hope to soon be recording ,filming music for youtube like so many others! I hope some here will enjoy these pieces and give them to youngsters to play!
