Multiple Ontime Offsets

Please add the ability, within the Piano Roll to select multiple notes and then apply an Ontime Offset to all of them.

Having lost the ability to do Ontime Offsets via the inspector, the Piano roll becomes the only way to achieve this, the problem being the piano roll will not apply an offset to multiple notes simultaneously making it too tedious to "humanize" an entire piano or guitar part.
