Set Beam Heights

Would like to see the ability to have all the beam heights (different for normal notes and grace notes) set at the same level. This would be a good function for bagpipe music, where all grace notes (or embellishments) have all their beams set at the same level above the high A regardless of the note. All beams for normal notes are at the same level below the middle C regardless of the note. If the function is possible, it would be well suited to have it in General Style, so it can be applied retrospectively.
