MIDI and VSTi's

I got to thinking, the piano roll, what if MuseScore ( I know it may be a bit of'a change, and probably not the the thing you might be looking for, but) it took the like DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) midi editor and if you take advantage of the piano roll and use it to record the notes and edit it then transfer it to the score.

I don't know just a thought 🤗
