Add orchestra crash from orchestra kit to marching Cymbals in Fluid

I did this myself but having it be done in the soundfont distributed to everyone would be good. The thing is that the orchestra crash is a good cymbal sound but the orchestra kit doesn't have chokes or rolls which the marching Cymbals do.
