Adjust how the Check harmony rules-plugin works

Would it be possible to have in the Check harmony rules-plugin a ”control panel”, I mean a window with which one could tick off or on the checking of certain rules. In this way one could more easily concentrate in solving problems of a certain type. Thanks in advance.
