Loud Popping Sounds (Timbres of Heaven)

I've been experiencing random loud popping sounds when using the Timbres of Heaven soundfont. I have isolated an example in the included score. It's been pretty inconsistent whether it happens at any particular point, but any notes that have had the popping noise I have marked with a cross head. It only seems to happen on a note following D3, D#3, and E3 (which I have colored orange).

The noises are also present in the wav export.

This has happened in 2.3.2, as well as in the latest nightly build.

I'm not sure what's causing this, but it's pretty annoying.
