3.0.1 Won't Get Past Splash Screen Without '-s'

I've recently downloaded Musescore 3.0.1 on two of my computers, and neither will get past the splash screen. I've only been able to open Musescore by using the -s suffix from a command line. I made sure all if my sound drivers are up to date, and I've tried reinstalling Musescore, I'm positive its 3.0.1. Both machines run a fully updated Windows 10, and use the same Realtek audio drivers.

I do use a JACK Audio Server to connect Musescore to other programs on both computers, could this be causing issues? I've tried starting MS 3.0.1 with and without the JACK Server running and received the same result.
