I need help with finding the chord progression of this song...

The song that I'm currently making into a piano arrangement is "Foul Play ni Kurari" by Kanon Wakeshima.

I can't hear any bass at the Chorus part and it's confusing me. I successfully found the chords at Bar 10-13 by myself, but the first few bars of the chorus sounds harder than it looks. The ones I'm having trouble with are indicated with brackets. [I can at least confirm that Bar 38, the first note is definitely G because we can hear the percussion playing at a tune similar to that]
Or is the 2nd image's (Random 148) bass notes correct? [Which I can hear the violin playing these notes]

Bare in mind that I'm still a student... I had only begun my Grade 7 theory by ABRSM. Also, the arrangement isn't completed yet, so there's only 2 pages currently.
I tried changing the dynamics because I thought it was too rough before exporting, but it didn't change anything. The Back Vocals are the ones that have a 3 notes interval between the Main Vocal (At Bar 37, D is Main & B is Back).

I would like to avoid sharing the entire sheet before publishing because of copyright.. I will share the entire sheet arrangement if you needed more context.
