Changing the font of time signatures

In many cases, especially when preparing scores for films, or larger orchestras, large time signatures are used in the conductor's scores. Although it's now possible on MuseScore 3 to stretch the size of the time signatures, there's no way as far as I know to change the font to a large time signature font.
