Notation for stopping adjacent strings with single finger

• Apr 14, 2020 - 15:56

I want to indicate where, for example, the 1st finger stops both A and D strings on violin (at B and E pitches ) to simplify a run with string crossings, for example:

This prepares the two notes with one fingering action, making the section easier to play.

Anyone know if there's a notation for this?
