Specific synth sound

For a project I am working on I would like a very specific electronic (I presume synth) sound but I am a complete newbie when it comes to synthesizers so not only would I have to test them all, I also wouldn't know if I was using them correctly so I thought I could ask here. The sound I want is a wooshing type sound that you can find in the background of all the themes in the video but I can put some timestamps for when there obvious. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! :)
