Tempo missing

Hi,

I would need some help regarding tempo.
I receive Midi's having complex tempo's that I can see in GarageBand but not in MuseScore.

I would like to understand what's wrong in this Midi format and how I could transform it
(using a python script or anything else) to see all tempo in MuseScore
