How do I recreate those reeeeally slow "Horror" string rises?

I hate these things as is, but in order to score this one Cue I have to include it. Basically, over the course of 4 measures, the Minor 2nd climbs by one note-- "B-C" to "C-Db", specifically.

Would I use something like the "Tremolo Between Notes" symbols?
