Full screen viewer for notation only

As Musescore has greatly improved in so many areas I would like to have an option to use it as my virtual music notation stand. With large monitors as a standard it would be useful to many players to be able to display the score to the entire screen in playback mode with a Ctrl Key toggle. ABC explorer has this as a F10 option and also the option to automatically play a list of abc tunes which is useful when practicing sets.
