Tremolos

In a solo vocal score with piano accompaniment, tremolos are now affected by a fermata in the voice part: the tremolo halts for the duration of the tremolo (on a short note) and then proceeds normally. This is not a good feature; a continuous tremolo is preferred. Related to this is that on a long note, the tremolo oscillations are 1/2 time if the fermata is 2.0 duration for example. Additionally tremolos are not affected by a decrescendo, they keep going at the original dynamic.
I would like to see tremolos unaffected by fermatas, but affected by crescendo/decrescendo.
