Drum notation triplets odd measure modern notation

So I´ve managed to get this little drumpart sound right as you can see/hear in the uploaded file. It´s from the song From Eden by Hozier
But what i would really want is to make it look more modern with notes in a triplet connected at the top and all the stems pointing upwards at the same time.
It´s an odd measure: 5/4.
Do you know what I mean and how to arrange it?

Also, the stems of the Bassdrum have to point upwards And have to be connected to the other notes in the triplet.
