Font support for partial barre symbols (Edwin)

I'm currently scoring a couple of pieces for guitar and noticed that while there is support for ½ and ¼, no other fractions seemed to be supported in Edwin. I, and many others, use fractions when scoring partial barre positions, and so I thought it might be of interest to add support to these. An additional request would be support for "₵", which currently appears relatively small (and in a different font?). This symbol is also used to indicate a partial barre.
