Copy paste one row of lyrics from voice 1 to 2?

Could this be possible? for example, in a satb score, the soprano plays in some parts the same as the alto. Could I just copy paste 2-3 measures of lyrics from the soprano voice onto the measures of the alto without altering the notes and rhythms thereof?
